Weekly Scheduling

I update scheduling weekly with built in flexibility for when life gets busy or when things don't go according to plan. You are more than just an athlete and I take all of your individual life circumstances into account when making/adjusting your training plan. I am here to personalize everything to YOU the athlete and optimize your training as best as possible. 

Daily Communication

I check in daily and value your feedback! Consistent and honest communication is a core part of our athlete and coach relationship. Check ins are typically done via online training log, Training Peaks, or via text message/phone call. Please reach out for more details.
